About work and enlightenment

I came to think of the Nepalese, who seem quite nasty and argumentative, yet somehow connected with Buddhism. What if someone in some situation withsuch a person or a young adult, would kind of give room for the wise theory perspective of the civiliced wisdom of the society and of the world and of Buddhism, and on the other hand momentarily kind of hold back from following urge & commands to find work just like a continuartion of sholl, running after money, without so much freedom, and command the yung adults for a moment to some healthy kind of labour like gardening work or sports hobby, that they first do not agree about because it isn't so single eyed as they were commanded, but when they start doing it, it is kind of wise and pleasant and healthy, and the difference in opinions makes them trust more their own wisdom of lifeand the wisdom of the wisse theory perspectives that are society's guide for happy rewarding life, freedom etc.
