Calmness of mind

As far as I know calmness of mind isn't easiest to achieve by sitten and trying to meditate but in fact becoming agitated or staying agitated, which is partly a result of too unmoving, too thought-centerd way of being. But instead take a couple of sporty steps, for example a pair of stairs, or lift a quite heavy bag sportily to a chair and move a few stepos more, or the like. So that yoy have muscles in use and have a sporty active state of the body and mind, at least soemwhat such state. Such has gradually changing edges, like action ceasiung and not like though making a line to separate two things. Such isgood for calmness and self-control even if you sit. So do not sit overly long. More like pause in the middle of action. The physical action gives you content of mind so that yoy can be calm and satisfied for the time being.
